Alongside my private practice work, I have recently facilitated an online wellness presentation for ABA Focus Surrey for parents and carers of autistic children focusing on stress, burnout and emotional wellbeing. The session explored the emotional demands many parents carers quietly carry, while offering practical and compassionate strategies around regulation, self-care and support.
My approach to presentations mirrors the way I work therapeutically — calm, reflective, supportive and grounded in creating a space where people feel heard, understood and less alone.
