I work with adults and older adolescents who may feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns of anxiety, overthinking and self-doubt.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface and begin moving forward with greater self-compassion, clarity and confidence.

My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. Drawing from person-centred and behavioural approaches, I aim to create a relationship where you feel heard, respected and able to explore both difficulties and strengths in a meaningful way.
Making sense of what you’re going through
Over time, therapy can help you develop a greater understanding of your thoughts, emotions and patterns of behaviour. As awareness grows, many people find they are better able to navigate challenges, respond to difficult emotions and make choices that feel more aligned with who they are.
The goal is not to become a different person, but to build a stronger relationship with yourself—one that allows you to approach life with greater resilience, self-acceptance and confidence.

Three 50-minute online introductory therapy sessions
Many people feel unsure about starting therapy.
Beginning with three sessions allows us to move beyond first impressions, explore what's bringing you to therapy and begin meaningful therapeutic work together. During this time, we'll build a therapeutic relationship, explore your goals and regularly review our work to ensure therapy continues to meet your needs.
Following your three-session introduction, ongoing online or in-person sessions are available at my standard fee. We'll discuss how therapy is progressing together, and you'll always be free to decide whether you'd like to continue.
